General Statement on Privacy - NCE and the operators of this website support your right to privacy and want to help you protect it. In order to benefit from much that this site has to offer you will sometimes be asked to provide information. For example, in our there is much information that is needed in order to create a package online through our system. Obviously, your package would not be complete without the requested information. Of course, if you make an exchange package online at this site, that information is disclosed to those folks who download your package from the website. We do not sell or trade your personal information to any other persons, companies or organizations for their marketing use.

What we DO Do:

Personal Information - We may add your name, address, etc. to our communications list (mailing, fax broadcast, text message, email list, etc.) and you agree that we may do this. You may remove yourself from our system upon demand. This is the same information that goes on any packages that you make online at Packages Online. Since our packages are searchable on the internet by others, this information is available to others if they see it on your package. (The whole point of having an package online is to have it seen, right?) We do NOT transfer this information in bulk to others and you may request removal at any time. From time to time you will receive information from NCE about NCE events, news, membership information, etc.
Email - We may add your email address to our NCEmail mailing list. We do not however sell or trade this list to others. Anyone can unsubscribe from our list at any time. Here is our NCEmail signup form
Credit Card Transactions - Your Credit Card number is ONLY handled on a secure link directly to our credit card processing company. Our credit card processor is VeriSign , the same Internet secure credit card processing platform utilized by CBS Sportsline, Network Solutions, Inc., CNET, Wine.com, Intuit, Prime Sports Interactive, Microsoft, KLM Dutch Airlines, and just about every other major corporation. Your online credit card information is NOT stored on our site or shared with any of NCE's volunteers. If you use our online credit card processing, your personal information, OTHER THAN your credit card information, will be stored on our site and forwarded to the NCE office and pertinent NCE volunteers (i.e. if you sign up for an exchange marketing conference-the information will be shared with the conference committee for the purpose of putting on the conference, creating the meeting roster, etc.).

Cookies - We have implemented the use of session cookies at Packages Online. These cookies expire when you close your browser and are solely used to facilitate your use of Packages Online. Cookies can be very helpful to you with regard to the interactive features on this website - for example they can make filling out exchange package information MUCH easier and more reliable than without cookies. We do not use cookies to 'track' marketing information about you. Cookies are stored on your hard drive and not our website.
